How do I create an account on AST Auctions?

Signing up is quick and easy. Just follow these steps to get started and join our growing network of bidders:

1. Go to the Homepage: Click on “My Account” in the top menu.
2. Fill Out the Registration Form: Enter your personal details accurately in all required fields.
3. Submit Information: Double-check your data and click “Register” to complete the sign-up process.
4. Account Created: You're officially in! Start browsing and placing bids today.

1. Register and Log In: An account is required to bid. Use “My Account” to sign in or create one.
2. Explore Listings: Use any device to view our listings. We recommend desktop for full image and detail clarity.
3. Submit a Bid: Only bid on vehicles you're serious about purchasing. New users are usually limited to one bid at a time. You'll get an email if someone outbids you.
4. Important Notice: Placing multiple quick bids may trigger an auto-removal. Misuse may lead to suspension. All bids are legally binding under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Auction Win: If your offer is the highest and accepted by the seller, the vehicle is yours under binding terms.
6. Contract Signing: You’ll receive a Purchase Agreement to sign and return. The invoice will follow after we receive your signed document.
7. Payment Transfer: Bank wire payment must be made within 36 hours. Send us the payment receipt to begin processing.

Winners get notified via email. Please check your Junk/Spam folders if you don’t see it. Add sales@ast-auction.com to your safe sender list to ensure delivery.

Invoices are sent within 12 hours post-auction. Payment is due within 36 business hours via bank transfer. We do not accept third-party or cash payments.

Once your payment is verified, we’ll begin the delivery process.

First-time customers receive free delivery. Future shipping costs may vary depending on your order and location.

After confirmation of your payment, your vehicle will be shipped to the registered address anywhere in Australia.

We offer a 14-day evaluation period with a full warranty included. If you're not satisfied during this time, just let us know—we’ll arrange a pickup and issue a full refund within one business day.

Additionally, all vehicles come with a 6-month warranty for major defects or issues not disclosed at the time of sale.

Every vehicle is thoroughly inspected by licensed mechanics before listing.

Once we confirm your payment, we prepare your documents through a certified notary. You’ll receive the vehicle, documents, and keys together.

Deliveries usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

AST Auctions operates entirely online. We currently do not offer physical visits or inspections.

We provide transparent listings, fair pricing, and a return policy of 30 days or 300 kilometres — whichever comes first.

A valid ID (such as an Australian driver licence or passport) is required to issue invoices. Your information is kept secure and confidential under Australian privacy law.

All participants are notified after auctions close. To complete your order, click “Confirm Your Details” on the product page and fill out your billing information. Your order will then appear in your account dashboard.

After document verification, your status will update to “READY FOR PICKUP”. Delivery usually takes 2–10 business days depending on the destination and processing time.

All bids are final and legally binding. If canceled without valid reason, penalties include:

• Immediate suspension of your account
• 2% penalty fee based on the final auction price
• Permanent ban from future auctions

Reinstatement is possible only after full penalty payment and at our discretion.
